Disability Support is a Nottingham and County-based charity that helps disabled people, older people, carers, communities, and professionals.

We help with matters such as benefits advice, social groups, assessing services, form filling, blue badges, housing, and so much more.

​

All volunteers will need to have an enhanced DBS check, but a criminal conviction or warning does not necessarily mean you cannot join us.
All volunteers will be given an ID badge and, where appropriate, training. 

​

At Disability Support, we are always welcoming new volunteers to help the current team. Volunteering is a great way for us to keep helping others in the community.

 

We are also looking for people who can:

• Manage trustee work.

• Communications: calling companies for donations and sponsorships.

• Events management: entertainment, organisation, activities, etc.

• Photography and videography for events and updates.

• Social media content and management.

• Marketing awareness.

• IT work: website management.

• Gardening club.

• Cleaners.

• Any skills you have to offer.
