We provide free, impartial advice & guidance and offer information and support on benefits, formfilling, tribunals, and appeals. We help with accessing services, equipment, and grants. assist with employment, access issues, and social inclusion.

Our Benefits Advisors assist with benefits checks and eligibility, form completion, and attendance at tribunals. 

Our Community Advisors assist with a wide range of enquiries, including housing, blue badge applications, care options, social groups, locating household items such as white goods, and recruiting and retaining volunteers, and addressing many other ad hoc requests. 

We also host free-to-attend social groups, open to anyone, which provide a vital lifeline to the vulnerable community we support. These groups offer a range of activities and discussions, 
providing a safe and supportive environment for our community members.

 

At present, we are the only non-statutory provision to have a support group for working-age adults with dementia.
